They are comfortable and stretchy. I have small wrists and ankles and they both fit well. The quality seemed good and the weight was distributed evenly. They felt very light weight and I wish there was a heavier option. I chose the black color and it was as pictured. They were well for what I needed them for, walking on the treadmill and an extra bonus for core.

Love these weights. Super cute! Velcro makes it super easy to use and stays in place. I like to use for exercises and Pilates. I love that you can take some weight off to make it lighter if needed.
