Works surprisingly well, I don't understand the low scores from other reviews. As expected, if your mouth is closed for hours your score will be higher, if you speak a lot or breath through your mouth your score will be lower. Brushing and flossing brings my score down to zero but working for hours without opening my mouth brings it up to 4 or even 5.

It records all breath odor, good and bad. How do you tell if it is a strong smell of mint or bad breath? Blowing in the back gives a bigger number than blowing in the front.

While the concept is great and the size is convenient, the accuracy fell short for us. As a result, we're not likely to use it regularly as initially planned.

This product seems to work pretty well. One thing we discovered is it clocks all mouth odors. That includes toothpaste and mouthwash odors. If you gargle with peroxide after brushing rather than Scope your number will be lower. It's definitely handy to have around.
