Product good, packaging poor & lock non operational
Product is Ok. However poor packaging has resulted in some body scratches during shipping.Lock couldn't be operated in any of the three cases as key to open the lock not informed

Durable and tough
Durable and tough product, I am reviewing after 7-8 months my parents me and my brother all used it few times for travelling. It was easy to carry and its a good quality product, and looks nice too.
