This is the best quality release button I have found. The fit and finish is excellent. Quality of materials and workmanship is excellent. Suggest they could use some more design selections.

I think it's more on decoration item. You are OK without it. But it add some aesthetics to your camera. I give it only 4 stars since I found it's too expensive compared to other alternatives in the market. And be careful since it's easy to get loose (by bumping around) and you will lose it if you are not careful.

This soft release is fine and reasonably attractive, but overpriced for what it is. Lensmate makes quality items and I appreciate the fact that it comes with a rubber o-ring. The diameter of this button was smaller than I expected; it is much smaller than my Artisan Obscura soft release and, as a result, not as easy for me to use. There is no mention of the button diameter in the info section of the product listing - had that been the case, I would have compared it to my existing button and skipped the purchase. If you like smaller nubbin-buttons you will like this one.

This is what you call a touch of class ;-). I love this soft release brass seahorse button. It's perfect for my Fuji XT-2. The only downside is it will unloosen when using the camera, so I check it frequently so I don't lose it. They are tiny. I actually bought a second one, which is on the way.

Need to extend the thread, redesign the rubber washer as flat that will grip the button.Lost with in days .

Fits perfectly, adds the desired enhancement to pressing the shutter, and gives an otherwise factory made item a bit of character that is both subtle and unique.

Smaller and less detailed then what is shown in the add. But over all it's still pretty cool, just super expensive for what it is.

Love these Lensmate release buttons. Well designed - that little ring washer to keep the button from getting loose is pure genius. Beautiful finish - looks great on my Fujifilm X cameras.
