The pump didn't work but I am using this anyway and I love itFull of safe and healthy ingredients, it lathers up beautifully.Left my hair looking shiny and manageable and I didn't need a conditioner either. Makes hair lovely and soft.

It leaves my hair rather dry (I rarely use conditioner with my other shampoos) so I probably won’t buy it again. My husband uses it and finds it OK.

Arrived damaged, was unable to request a replacement. Not great for such a large bottle which was meant to be easy to use for my children , now we have to use it without the pump
