Q: What size drill for this - 3/8 or 1/2 ?

What I found out that you can use either 3/8 or 1/2 inch HOWEVER DO NOT USE A HIGH SPEED> when I started my speed was too high and the under coating was scuffed and when I reduced it to under or around 500 RPMs it did a good job - I would recommend to start at a slower speed and not too fast. Take care John

It comes with an arbor for a drill.. no need for anything high speed.

Q: How do i contact satc? the wheel removed some of my clear coat

Did not appear to effect the clear coat, but area will need buffing after removal of the decal.

Q: Is the adapter supposed to be treaded? Unable to attach to the threaded post sticking out of wheel!?

Yes u screw it on the the wheel and it extends tso u hit the car or truck . It works great after use it for a minute I clean some of the stuff off then start again. The wash off and wax to clean it up
