Nasty and disgusting flavor and aroma. I should have listened to the reviews. Zero stars.

I quit tobacco in February but needed to fill my habit to "smoke" so bought these non-tobacco cigarettes. First of all, they aren't as expensive as the cigarettes I used to smoke. They are strong and full flavor without a weird taste and they don't smell bad or funny. It took me trying a couple of different brands of non tobacco cigarettes to find one that tastes like a cigarette (I'm not a menthol fan and most of the others seem to be minty). They ARE strong so I punch 3 additional holes into the filter with a paper clip to reduce the strength of the "hit" and this works great. Also, being a bit strong also causes me not to smoke a whole cigarette at one time, so I put it out in sand (they will stop burning if you don't puff) and come back and smoke the rest later. Over time, I began to smoke less and less of these non tobacco cigarettes because, I presume, they don't contain nicotine, and my need for nicotine disappeared. I went from a pack a day smoker of nicotine cigarettes to smoking these about 1 every 4 or 5 days. I "forget" to smoke. So if you are looking to quit, give these a try. I have purchased 4 packs total since Feb 4 and I expect this last pack will be my last since it will likely last me two months at the rate I smoke (or don't smoke) now. I feel great by the way.

I need to be nicotine and tobacco free in order to get surgery. I’m in tremendous amount of pain and smoking is keeping me from a better life. I’ve tried the gum ,patches, rubber bands, meditation and now I’ve tried these nicotine and tobacco free cigarettes.I have to say they are a bit harsh and I do cough if I take a full draw. They aren’t so bad tasting. Is it weren’t for the harshness the taste isn’t bad. By harshness I mean when I inhale it makes me wheeze and cough. Which then reminds me of why I need to quit smoking all together. They are bad for you. These smokes will tide you over and fulfill the urges that come with quitting, but also, not so great that you want to continue to smoke nico free. So, that makes quitting the ultimate goal achievable.

Absolutely disgusting. A total waste of money. I could not even smoke a third of a cigarette before throwing them all away in the trash. Do not purchase!! This product does not deserve a single star, not even a half of a star.

So, I ended up quitting smoking, and went on nicotine gum for a while, but then the problem became quitting the nicotine gum. Trying to quit the gum just made me crave cigarettes again, so I needed something non-addictive that would match the feel and taste of cigarettes to calm the want to smoke actual cigarettes.These have the same kick as an actual cigarette (a little harsher), and I've tasted worse tobacco cigarettes that were on the cheaper side, so the taste isn't too bad. The main thing is, these 100% make me not need a cigarette or even think about one after smoking one of them. They will make you a bit lightheaded or even dizzy, so try to take it easy and puff lightly at first. I honestly don't think I'll even want a cigarette after I'm done with the one pack I bought.

Game changer for me. Been smoking everyday for 18 years and have had about 4 of these a day half at a time for an week and ZERO cigarettes. It was time considering cigarettes are $17.50 in Seattle. I have no desire to go buy smokes. They are strong so whoever wrote the review about putting two tooth pick pieces in 2/3 holes is brilliant. These are a great transition but not “great” enough that I would continue to smoke these. Probably will buy for another week or two.

I could not smoke these they are way to strong I kept coughing. the part I did smoke smelled I am all set will not buy again
