UPDATE: 20/02/25.Got a reply email in around two wks later. They offered me a full refund without hassle.This had somewhat restored my faith in Fast Snail. I had it on good authority from early access reviews that the PS5 Pro’s base dimensions mirrored a slim, so I looked for Slim compatible stands.Got this stand and was imediately struck by the poor plastic mould quality, but was willing to give it a chance as there was only one other alternative that suited me (the above mentioned LYttch).The fan and RGB buttons were also unimpressive, no button with tactile response, just a sensor that detects a press, registers about half the time, it’s a fiddley but cheap configuration from Fast Snail, but… I could live with it in light of a lack of alternatives.Finally, after around 15hrs of use, the fan bearings failed, now the stand makes a sound approximate in decibels to that of a small hand held vacuum. Very unimpressive.But most unimpressive of all, I reached out to FastSnail via Amazon’s warranty and return instructions, that was over a weak ago, no email back. I think FastSnail is better never, than late to be honest. I suspect they’re a bit of a pump’n dump company.Buyer Advice:My strongest advice to you readers is to search for the LYtech here on Amazon, the mould quality, RGB and Buttons are far superior, it’s a comparable design. It has just one USB port less, but is vastly superior in every way. Buttons are tactile and respond with every press. More RGB functions, fans have had 30hrs use and continue to function well. Plastic mould quality is far, far better and doesn't look like cheap tinsel the way the FastSnail does.If I could award minus stars to SlowSnail, I would give them a minus five.
