It’s simply delicious.
This product is the best gluten free pumpkin bread I have ever made. I added a cup of chopped pecans to the batter. It’s great with cream cheese. Warm or cold it’s the best.

Surprisingly good and nutritious
I decided to try this in my pancake mix because that's what I do--avoid baking at all costs since I am cursed with a general lack of rising of baked goods. Also, eggs are almost never available locally anymore. I was happy to find that this gave me some good fiber and nutrition as well as adding really good flavor to my pancakes. Since this box of mix was extended by adding it to my pancake mix, I found this to be a very good deal for GF as well.

Very good but slightly dry
Excellent flavor, but texture was too dry. I plan to make this again but cook for less time.

Moist and delicious!
Comes out perfect every time. Easy to prepare. Get creative with your toppings and mix ins: Streusel or cinnamon sugar sprinkle. My son loves when I add chocolate chips to these… or…. add nuts, raspberries, blueberries or banana bits. Yum! Can’t go wrong with KA!

When I saw King Arthur pumpkin bread I was very excited to try this item. With the cost of groceries in the present you can serve this to guests and be confident they will be none the wiser that this is a gluten-free product. The texture is moist, it holds together well it is not crumbly or dry. The pumpkin flavor is very rich and natural tasting and the spice flavors are well-rounded. If I'm not having company I like to bake them off in mini muffin pans. Sometimes I top it with a crumble using Arthur's gluten-free flour, unsalted butter, sugar in the Raw and Mini Vanilla chocolate chips.

Love this yummy pumpkin mix
Hubby is GF. I love to bake from scratch, but GF baking can be challenging. This mix is delicious and has no gritty mouth feel as can be the case with GF flours/mixes. I have trouble finding it in stores, so Amazon is my option. I wish it was priced more reasonably, but it is a great fall treat. The cream cheese muffin on the back of the box is to die for. We also love the King Arthur GF brownie mix! Thank you King Arthur for these amazing GF mixes.
