Solid with great utility at a reasonable price
The gun safe was exactly what I was looking for, it was solid without being too heavy, it had pockets that are great for storage. It showed up before the date suggested so it was timely, and it was easy to put together. This was a great purchase!

Enough space in the safe
This is the 2nd vault I purchased from company. This one is a little better than the 1st one. This actually fits my long guns. A few down sides but nothing major. 1st it came unassembled. This can be done by yourself. But gaster with a 2nd hand . The 2nd downside is that it does have a shelf as the first one. But I can easily put my ammunition on the floor area and along side the wall of safe. The final downside is that it's still not thick enough. It's breakable. A few sledge hits. But again main purpose is to prevent kids touching them when I'm not around. So overall not a bad sage for its price.

Low Cost, and some bang for the bucks!
So, this was my first time ever putting a cabinet like this together. It was pretty easy. I am Disabled, and I was able to do it alone. I am having a heard time deciding if it should be called a safe, or should it be called an ammo cabinet. Also note, this has absolutely no fire rating and I knew it before purchasing it. But, you need to be aware of this.If you have any long shot guns, or black powder items you will "not" be able to use the shelf inside. Unless you find a way to modify the shelf, so it can be mounted higher. Note: The shelf comes with no way to adjust the height, so you will have to figure this issue out your self. You will be a little taken back at the thickness and weight each piece is. But, once together it will be pretty sturdy.I will say even though I consider this more or less an Ammo Cabinet, with a door that has a good amount bars to secure it on all four sides. But you may feel different, on naming it. Ammo Cabinet/Safe... Tomato, tomahto and potayto, potahto. It does have a few nice features that make it acceptable when your working on a budget. Like: An acceptable amount of bars that lock into place preventing/securing the door; Inside door pockets; Digital key pad; 2 Keys; and an interior rechargeable light. For the tier this falls in: I could say strong 3, low 4. It's got a little bang for the buck.Changes I would make: More mounting holes. It needs the option/ability to mount to a minimum 2 surfaces. And just a little thicker walls, 1/3 more would be real nice.Recommendations: I always recommend attaching the cabinet to a minimum of three surfaces...ie: Floor and two walls. 3 minimum if your serious about keeping everything secure. If in an open area, and you have several of these babies...glue and bolt together all safes, and then glue and bolt to at least one walls studs. Please note, you must remove cove base, in order to slide it completely to a wall(s). If you are mounting it for long term use and know it will not be moved again. Glue it down to the floor and walls with an adhesive, then use lag bolts to secure into the floor and walls.

awful design, difficult to build, some hardware no included, awful instructions.
Do not buy this! Awful design makes it extremely difficult to build, even with two people. Some necessary holes not drilled, some hardware not included, inadequate instructions.
