It's a liquid so obviously it's easy to measure how much ya need per load with the cap or just eye balls it lolBig laundry days I use 2 full caps per wash and honestly I could probably do just one, but I like to be on the safe side and make sure it gets extra clean lolThe cap is a good quality not like super thin and cheap like some.Totally say go with this if you have tons of stains, lots of dirt and smelly kids/dogs lol

It removed the funky smell that my "dri fit" gym clothes, polos, pants, and shorts had picked up. Normal detergent was cutting it. This stuff cleaned it in one go. I'll be keeping a small bottle of this stuff on hand for my workout clothes. The bottle came taped shut and was in its on individual bag which prevented it from leaking during transit.
