Works great for the resistance bands. The design makes it quick and easy to switch out bands. Very strong feel and quality to the metal hooks. The handles have a great grip pattern and the handles also rotate, which makes it feel more natural when doing curls or other exercises.

Handles are lightweight and very easy on the hands, even though they are knurled metal and I don't wear gloves. Edges are rounded, so bands are not nicked or cut. Great handles for wide resistance bands!

Very happy with these! Seem to be well built and should hold up just fine. Finally a relief for my fingers trying to hold the bands.

I saw a review that stated that it only comes with one handle, and because of that I ordered 2 units. That was in fact incorrect, and that customer likely received a package missing one. It does in fact come with two handles, and I now have to return the second unit I purchased. They are durable, have a nice grip, and they will extend the lifespan of your loop bands by not tearing them since the hook itself is smooth.
