Excellent book

Absolutely adore this book!So many fantastic recipes and I live this author. Im a more experienced baker but I've lent this book to others as the method is easy to understand.

After reading the list of all the changes that need to be made to quite a number of recipes I decided not to buy this book. I have all the other books written by this author. But I’m not buying thisbecause not enough care has gone into proof reading the book before publication and it would make me question every recipe and wonder if they would work because there have been so many mistakes in the recipes
