Yes they are standard liters, regular shampoos and conditioners come in 8, 10 or 16 ounces so it's over the amount of two 16 ounce bottles by 1.8 ounces.

Q: Is this shampoo sulfate free? Because I read no added sulfates...

I do not see sulfates listed in the ingredients. I like this shampoo.
