Trustleaf 3mm Birch Plywood A4-300x210x 3mm - (Pack of 10) Laserable Low Fume E1 Glue Ply

Needed some sheets of ply speedily for a project. Ordered these as next day delivery and price not much more than I pay normally. Very impressed with the uniformity of the sheets,, they do take 2 passes to cut cleanly so clearly more dense tha my normal ones. Nice smooth finish, even results for engraving but did have to increase power slightly. Will be messing around with one board to get new settings but will be buying this again.

K40 laser at 65% and 25 to 30mm / second travel rate and 3 passes cuts this cleanly for makers out there. Very little smoke traces when using air blower to laser head.These stairs are the first trial cut from one sheet was less than 30 minutes work.Very pleased with this product.

As described , Good quality and good value , but due to they way the sheets are made they are not completely flat and have a bow/warp

Very nice sheets of A5 less than 3mmall over as stated but my laser cut through them like butter not the most cost effective way of sourcing sheets for my laser but got me out of a hole as I needed it rapid would deffo recommend and would buy again thanks .

Great product. Reasonable price. Quick delivery. We were just trying this out on our laser cutter. It sometimes takes a few cuts before it gets all the way through and if it doesn’t cut through fully it can splinter the wood. Probably our useage of the product rather than the quality

Most boards are good quality. However several the internal ply layer is made from wood which is knotted, so makes it very difficult for the laser cutting to cut through. Sometimes needs multiple passes, and some boards are so bad it is just not possible - you start burning the top layer rather penetrating and cutting through. Shame the quality of the internal ply is not better and more consistent otherwise it would be perfect.

I have found Birch plywood so far to be one of the best woods to engrave, this 3mm plywood is easy to engrave and on my laser only takes 5 passes to cut. All the plywood is neatly cut and the exact size as described.
