Flavorful rose petals
I was not confident in buying rose petals, because I bought some others that were just terrible. But I bought these for tea, and they have a great scent and flavor. Theyre good on theyre own and mixed with or added to other teas.I'm glad I chose these and I will purchase again. The bag is a good size for the price.

Great for cake decoration!
I used these for the Persian Love Cake recipe in the NY Times, and they're perfect! Beautiful vibrant colors, edible, fragrant (although no real taste). You get a LOT, so I've now made the cake several times :-) I recommend both the recipe and these rose petals!

Beautiful scones
I used this gluten-free scone mix and I’m honestly still smiling about how well they turned out! I've never cooked with rose petals before, but I decided to make a Persian love cake for my book club after reading The Lion Women of Tehran. These were perfect! They tasted delightful and made the cake look absolutely beautiful and decadent.

Fragrant and Tasty
Super fragrant and a favorite amongst my family for decoration and flavor. They do not bleed any color, but they do turn a bit bitter in hot water and tea. Better as a garnish. Also, I wish that they were a little smaller.
