I was skeptical at first, but then I said, "what the heck?" i've spent money on worse things, so I gave them a shot. I used them for the recommended five nights and have eliminated my leg cramps. Five nights on, five nights off. No jumping out of bed, hit the cold floor to attempt stopping the cramping. 30+ days and still using. Easy to apply, remove. Feels a little warm when you first apply, no odor. Works for me!!!!!!

I love these pads! At first I was skeptical, but they have helped my feet heal from skin issues and bumps. I have ordered them several times over the last 3 years. They take toxins out and rejuvenate my feet!

Night for the hubby and he says it has helped his feet. Daughter tried them and left on a little longer and ran a sudden fever of 103 for no apparent reason other than trying these, so if you have allergies keep this in mind. The smell coming out of the pies is noticeable in my opinion, especially the underarms. They stick really well. They are well made for the purpose. My husband said his feet hurt a little less pain, but he's only been using them a little over a week.

Truthfully speaking it took me quite a while to even try it as I prejudged it by thinking it was just another product for wasting peoples money! The only real observation I have is that if it were possible to utilize stronger glue that would keep it stuck to my feet! Admittedly; i was floored the next morning when I saw the black stuff that was absorbed into the pad! Consequently; I have to admit it was money well spent! I would like to do a commercial and or advertisement to this affect to be quite honest as most of us as Black People are very skeptical when it comes to various medications and advertised on media! I used these every night and woke up with the pads being covered in black. I would wake up feeling a difference from when I first started them compared to the 5th night. It really does boost your mood, makes you feel energized. It’s removing all those toxins from your body as you’re asleep. They are comfortable but you do need to make sure your sock doesn’t stick to the pad or the pad will get loose through the night. Overall I love these and will purchase them again.

They will release moisture even if my feet are cold!

Was not sure if this works for me,...but after 3 day my feet, leg and back pain go away. Keep using it and 2 week later even my wrist pain is gone, not sure what it does to detox but my body answer has been excellent

I was not sure what to expect. I used the pads during my sleep cycle and they were black as described. However, I don't know how long they should be used? daily, once a week, etc. They adhered pretty well, although they were starting to come off by morning. Also they were pretty easy to use.
