Comfortable and convenient
Was perfect for my neck. Extremely convenient.

Packable and good for long haul flights
This is a superb product for my needs. Packs small, easy to inflate and deflate when on the plain. Used few times for a long haul flights. Hold the neck and head well. Removed, washed and put back the fabric cover ok.

It wasn’t comfortable to use at all.
I used this on a trip to Asia or more precisely, I tried to use it.When it’s fully inflated it pushes your head uncomfortably forward. When it’s not fully inflated the chin strap is useless. No matter what I tried I couldn’t make it comfortable to use but maybe it works for some people.I ended up just carrying it all the way to Asia and home again. I’ll probably never use it again.
