Q: Is this premixed or do i need to add it to a base oil?

It does not come diluted however, it is meant to be applied directly to the skin sparingly. I dab a little just on my problem areas. If your skin is sensitive to it you can dilute it but it is not needed.

Q: which essential oils are in this?

Black cumin seed oil, ho wood oil, melaleuca leaf oil, eucalyptus leaf oil, geranium oil, and litsea fruit oil.

Q: Is it for using night and day? or night only?

This stuff works so well, I was pleasantly shocked! My teenage boys used it and lots of times people will comment on how good they smell. We really like the citrus smell and use it as many times in the day as we remember. As an essential oil there's no harm in that unless your skin is sensitive.
