Does one pill last 12hrs?

Not for me. My vertigo spells are related to an inner ear problem and when it hits me, it lasts for several days. I find I need to take the pills every 6 hours, or so. They do make me sleepy and I can't do much but the vertigo makes it impossible to function anyway. For milder vertigo or car sickness, I break the pills and take half every 4 to 6 hours. Then I don't get so sleepy.

Do these get me sleepy?

Meclizine can make you sleepy. I take it for vertigo. If I take 1 pill when I am at work it doesn’t make me fall asleep.

what is the expiration date on the bottle?

On my bottle the lot number is 17J339 and the expiration date is 09/19.

Does the job

Truthfully, I got these for my dog who gets car sick. Vet recommended. He is quite comfortable now if I dose him 30 minutes prior to travel. Great value and very effective

If you have motion sickness you need this.

This product is amazing. Recently on a cruise I felt exceptionally sea sick, the dr on board gave this to me and I felt better. Since then I have purchased this item and I use it for road trips, flying, and cruising. It is amazing! Its chewable so no water needed. It's safe for kids 12 and older. My daughter only weighs 75 lbs so I cut one in half for her as she also suffers from motion sickness.

How to avoid motion sickness

I suffer from severe motion sickness. This has been a life-saver for travel. Great for trips, whether car, plane, or boat. I've used this on several cruises and never had any motion sickness. The one day my spouse didn't take one on the last cruise was not fun.
