needed a quick replacement as our quite expensive hose split after only a couple of years. Looked on Amazon for a lower cost replacement and this caught my eye Our previous hoses have been the chrome metal clad or encased chrome type, but this one caught my eye - the colour matches our shower room exactly. It was super easy to fit and and it is super flexible. It looks the business and it does the job well.It's smooth finish also makes it super easy to clean!!Can't comment on the durability as it's relatively new - but it looks and feels well made and I suspect it will last a while, so gave it 5*Also 5* to the seller - ordered one day came the next, even though we weren't really desperate for it, and the hose was extremely well packaged in it's own box with additional spare washers.Also forgot to say that it seems to be excellent value for money, being almost a 1/3rd of the cost of the german one it replaced which was only a couple of years old.So far a very satisfied customer

I can't complain about this item really. It fit really well and it does the job, but I'm docking a star for a few reasons. One, it's an aesthetic reason and maybe it's just that I'm used to traditional shower hoses, but I think it looks a bit cheap. It doesn't feel cheap, but it looks cheap, YMMV. Two, water flow: I can't say for sure, but it feels slightly slower. Three, and this is the main one: it came coiled up in the box and because it's a plastic pipe and it's been stored like this for sometime, it is trying to retain the coiled shape all the time. I've straightened it out as much as I can, but because one of the features of this hose is that the tube is free to rotate within the connector (a nice feature, it stops it tangling up) the tube rotates and tries to coil up every time I use it which is annoying as it then refuses to hang down properly when I hang it back up. I'm hoping over time and with warm water flowing through it that it will continue to straighten out over time. Nice hose, but some minor issues that may or may not bother other people.

Perfect. It took 5 minutes to replace the new one. No leaks. easy to install and looks great.

What a brilliant invention! Until I ordered this a few days ago I had never seen before, perhaps because I wasn't looking. My usual "ribbed" hose had started to split near shower head and it was a struggle sometimes to put shower head into hose holder. Not anymore. This fits perfectly (I have the Mira eco shower head) and is going to be so much easier to clean. Looks very smart too.

I am really pleased with the quality of this! It was so easy to install, and it took me less than 5 minutes!

Really easy to clean and eat matt colour is really nice It doesn’t twist as badly as a metal one and looks clean all the time rather than discolouring.
