Q: Seal fell off of the drinking tube at the connection point of the bladder and was lost. Can this be replaced? The unit is not functional without it.

Q: Are the bladders made out of tpu or peva? if neither, can the seller please specify the material.

I don't know what they claim for the material; all I know is that it smells & tastes VERY strongly. Couldn't eliminate the problem with multiple washes. Threw it away, made me sick to drink from it.

I didnt have a problem with mine. Try wetting the tube and inlet. Spit works just fine.
