Better than Homemade!
This is the very best shortbread ever! As good if not better than homemade! The addition of the touches of stem ginger for me makes it perfect but plain or any of the varieties are brilliant.

These small shortbread biscuits are the most delicious I have tried, and I have carried out extensive investigations. They look homemade and have a light, crumbly texture with a fabulous flavour. I find them better than large biscuits as they last longer and are ideal when guests arrive. Looks and flavour, what more could you ask for.

Well these arrived I wanted to try them ! The are small round shortbread with Stem ginger , but not much ginger mixed in ! But they are nice biscuits
