Like new!!
The media could not be loaded. I am so happy that we ordered this computer as my daughter needed one for school. It is quick and easy to use for basic internet usage and for writing documents, email, etc. The only thing I noticed that doesn't work is the battery light indicator.I do not recommend this one if you want one for gaming as it is not built for gaming.Overall, it's like brand new.

Small, cute, but runs poorly
I got this as an early Christmas gift for my 9yo daughter.Pros:- Google makes it easy to connect accounts and have parental controls from my own cell phone- Small, but sturdy, perfect for older kids who can be careless with electronicsCons:- Setup was tedious and took forever. I had to restart 3 times and wifi connected but chromebook would not proceed with setup.- AWFUL O.S.... what Google put into their seamless connections across 10 apps and devices, they left out actual functionality. I have gotten RCA tablets from Walmart for $40 that worked better than this... Browsing even seems to be too much for the poor thingMaybe I got a bad one, I don't know. But I know what I paid for this device i could have gotten something much better. I will be returning it.

Nice Laptop for a student
This is a nice chrome book laptop. It looked brand new to be refurbished. However, I was a little disappointed that it was smaller than what I anticipated. I was replacing a school laptop and put in the same model number off their computer when I placed the order. The description say 11.94X8.11X 0.81 inches but when I compared it my laptop, which was the same size as the school's laptop, it was a little smaller. I gave it 4 stars because of this and pray that if kept, it will hold up to it's status as described. Hopefully, I won't have to return it unused.

Great buy for kids!
I liked that these were low cost and had a warranty and were available for extended insurance. Not very worried about not having updates that have been stopped by Google. 0Great for homework, YouTube, and playing video games. Good battery life.

Dirty and sticky
I was really disappointed with this purchase and returned it right Away. The laptop was sticky and dirty and had beads stuck in the usb ports. Horrible purchase

I purchased this for an online college class. It was perfect and saved me lots of money. I would definitely buy an Amazon refurbished computer again.
