I found this creatine product to be very disappointing. In my experience, it did not provide any noticeable benefits and felt like a waste of time to use. In fact, I believe a simple glucose supplement, such as Glucon-D, would be a better alternative. I would not recommend this product based on my results.Additionally Notes : Sugar included, Tatse like Sugar flavoured drink.
