Q: Does this both hook two devices together and also send the midi signal to a computer via USB?

I have used the Camola USB Host Box to connect a USB only midi controller to a synthesizer's 5 pin midi input port, and then connect the synthesizer's midi output port to my computer to record performances into my DAW software with no problems.

Q: I have a oxygen m25 mkv which is powered by pc or usb adaptor can i find and interface to use my other midi din devices without a pc?

Of course, anything that provides power to the din plugs

yes it should...this is the type of thing that usb hosts are used for. Some people have problems with certain keyboards but the majority should work in this situation.

There could be more efficient USB interfaces for a single instrument.
