SturdyFoot Non-Slip Arch Support Silicone Gel Pads Shoe Inserts

Excellent item. I was worried they would not be high enough, provide enough shock absorption and lose their stickiness before I bought this due to other reviews. However, it is perfect, it is large, soft, supports the arch perfectly and stays in place. I attached this to my shoe underneath my insole as opposed to on top and for a frequent runner like me, it has been a god send. Definitely recommend. Cheap, practical and perfect. Seller was prompt and reliable as well. I chose the Uk sller for quick delivery. The chinese sellers are marginally cheaper but you have to wait a month for your item then.

I was looking for some Arch Supports for my flat indoor bowls shoes. These stay in place well and feel comfortable. Although I find them O.K. in my bowls shoes they didn't offer as good support for my golf shoes.

I have very high arches and a high instep so most semi high and high heeled shoes are a definite no for me because I just end up walking on the balls of my feet all night and it is incredibly uncomfortable. After trying various types of arch support with no success I decided to try these. I have some boots with a heel (they are not very high but they are high enough that I stand uncomfortably on the balls of my feet).I tried these inserts and while I can't say they give full support they do offer SOME support in my boots, just enough to make them bearable to wear. They are self adhesive so I experimented a bit, trying to get them in the right position before removing the backing from the gluey side. You need to be careful when applying them because the glue is quite strong and the inserts go quite stretchy if you try to pull them back off your shoe.I haven't wore by boots out of the house yet but feel fairly confident that they now have enough cushioning. I would buy more of these if needed.

I developed Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot and it was becoming very painful to limp let alone walk first this in the morning. Of course it got better during the day as you walk more, but spend time in a chair and then get up, 80% of the morning pain would be back again for the first 20 steps or so. I also started to walk on the edge of my foot, which is not a road you want to go down on. (Leads to knee and hip problems.)I decided to purchase two sets of these Gel Pads (after all, they are cheap enough) and put them in my work shoes and boots. The first day of wearing them felt strange and the pain didn't go away in the foot completely (about 50% of normal), but I was to walking normally. The big surprised was getting up for work the next morning. I was able to walk barefoot normally to the bathroom instead of limping on the edge of my foot. There was still some pain, but it was bearable to allow me to walk normally. This convinced me to purchase another set of 2 of these Gel Pads.I have been wearing these Gel Pads for two weeks now and I can say they have made a big different. After about a week, you even forget you have them in your shoes. (Just as a footnote, if you have a good foot the Gel pad will feel even stranger but you get use to it. You should put them in both shoes otherwise there will be a height difference which could cause you to have hip problems later if you don't.)

Look nice and feel comfortable in use but far too small and low to be of any help supporting my arches

I've suffered with Plantar Fasciitis for nearly a year & was finally given what they termed 'aggressive arch supports' by Podiatry. They done the trick and instead of having to hold on to furniture to walk every time I got up, I only now experience extreme pain when I get out of bed. BIG PROBLEM THOUGH. The arch supports only fitted in my trainers and as a Community Nurse & a woman who likes to dress up this wasn't an option. I purchased these Silicone Arch Supports with a degree of scepticism having spent so much money on this problem with no success. But hey presto, I ordered 5 pairs (to get the free P&P!!!) and now I even have a pair on my Sketchers flip flops which I use as slippers. I still need a fairly cushioned sole on my footwear, but with this product I now have a far greater choice of the shoes & sandals I have already. Fantastic buy & well worth the money for me. I will be buying more so I can use other footwear that I haven't been able to wear for so long.

WOW!!!! When i saw this product, these silicon foot shoe inserts, i was dubious at first. I was really not sure whether the product i am seeing will help me. I have very high foot arches and had bilateral total hip replacements this year and needed more foot support for my high arches. I tell you THIS IS A WINNER AND MUST BUY!!! I even showed this product to a lady at BOOTS....It has done wonders for my feet and walking. It sticks to my shoe and i have a pair for every shoe i wear. What an awesome product. No more pain!!!! Useless product. Next to impossible to attach to the right place in your shoe and because of that by the time you find that right place there will be no glue left on the product so it won't stay in place. I think I managed to walk on these once before they ended up in the wrong place and now they're in the bin.
