Q: I know it a qwerty keyboard is it us or uk version you are selling and are the keys interchangeable with cherry versions

It's the US model. Don't know about the keys though.

Q: Are there different lighting modes? If it has the wave mode on it, is that smooth or is it blocky?

There are 5 light modes programmed for the K 550 Gaming keyboard. Press the light mode key in order to change the light effect. One of the light mode is wave mode. The color changes from red to blue then green in a smooth wave transition. Press "Fn+right/left arrow" to change the direction. Press "brightness" to adjust the brightness of the backlight mode.

Q: What switches does it have and what colour cherry mx switches would you compare it to?

The switches of K550 are purple which is equal to Cherry MX brown. However our switches are NOT from Cherry.
