AWESOME washing machine!It’s soooooooo quiet, I have to keep checking it’s still switched on and working! VERY simple to use, love the handy 15 minute wash when you need something super quick. Love that it checks the weight of a load and adjusts the time/water required to suit the load weight. ABSOLUTELY LOVE the size of it, it fits sooooooo much in and very roomy. Fantastic updates the whole way from ordering to delivery, kept well informed and even had a phone call from the delivery crew to say a more accurate time for the delivery. Lovely delivery people that happily took it to the exact point I needed it to be. Literally cannot fault anything, I can highly recommend this washing machine, the company it came from, and the delivery service they used. Best price was on Amazon for it too, its worth the money. It has worked for almost 2yearsI love it

The media could not be loaded. I bought this Hisense 12kg 3Q Series Washing Machine four months ago to replace a well-used and reliable 7kg washer also from Hisense. The width of the new model is exactly like the former but extends forward as it is deeper. The design is stylish with clearly printed settings and a functional display. The large porthole allows me to load clothes with ease. (The door is black and I can only view the clothes or water level with a torch)!The shipping bolts were removed and the feet were adjusted to level the machine. It sits on a concrete floor, so it does not move around and is relatively quiet. If I encounter an increase in noise level, I would use anti-vibration pads under the washing machine’s feet.With a 12kg machine, I can wash almost twice the amount as before, and the clothes come out noticeably cleaner! My electricity bill has also been reduced due to less weekly washing. I particularly like the ‘Down’ setting, allowing me to wash my jacket and gilets with care. I can use the available wash programs or customise the settings to suit my needs. This Hisense washing machine is fully functional and I can confidently recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. I had written an earlier one-star review because the washing machine viberated and bounces around so loudly during the washing cycle that it was a nuisance. Turns out that we had not removed the screw-on leveling feet it came with. NOTE THAT THESE MUST BE REMOVED BEFORE USING THE WASHING MACHINE. Once we removed them the vibration and bouncing around reduced significantly.I am giving a 4-star because the WC still vibrates loudly at intervals during the wash and bounces around a bit. I've had to buy padded WC feet to further reduce these. Other than this issue it is a pretty decent WC

Excellent silent machine with big drum. Great value for money

Well, for a machine that claims to have many programs, this is very misleading. if you want to wait 3-4 hours for a wash cycle, then you are in for a treat, walk this way and make your purchase, it will give you that. But if all you want is for your washing machine to do a good old fashioned wash in an hour max, using the full capacity spin and with a full load at 40 degrees, walk away now!!! We need a program that takes no more than an hour, we need for each program to use the full capacity weight , which this claims to be up to 12kg, and, we need the spin to be at full capacity 1400 and we want the temperature at 40 degrees. It is not too much to ask. But no, the nearest program we could get that offered anything remotely close to what we wanted, was the sport setting. That will do a full load in 58 minutes, but only up to a max of a 1000 spin WTF? so that meant we then had to put the load through an added extra spin cycle for 10 minutes because the 1000 spin was not good enough to get our items as spun as we like them to be. what a faff! we havn;t got time to be backwards and forwards to the machine fannying about with extra cycles. we have the machine in use 3-4 times a day on average, sometimes more, so having to fart about with a 58 minute, then a 10 minute for each wash, is ridiculous. The alternative would be to use a program that uses half the load, but then it would take longer, possibly a couple of hours, and then it would give us the full spin, but we couldn't get a program that offered this and also a 40 degree wash. .All we want is a 1 hour cycle at 40 degrees with a full load and a 1400 spin. It could not do that, not even remotely close..On top of that, the rattling from it when it spins is not good. From the get go, it makes a terrible knocking sound, as if it isn;t balanced. If it is doing that on day one, I dread to think what it will be like after a few weeks or months, let alone years (I doubt it will last years anyway).The buttons for the options are also very flimsy. I don't think they will last long at all.After the cycle has finished and you have removed your washing, if you want to go straight in with a second load, you actually have to physically turn the machine off by turning the dial back to off, then moving it back to the last setting that you used, to get it start again. You can't just put your fresh load of washing in and close the door and press start as it is already at the same setting you used previously, oh no! that would be far too easy for this machine, you have to put your load in, turn the dial to turn the machine off, then turn it back to the last setting you used and then you can press your options againto start it up again. Granted it does have a favorite button, but you still have to turn the dial all the way around past the on/off point at the top, before it will allow you to press the saved button and start again ...Absolute rubbish! it went straight back and we bought a Candy. With the Candy you can switch it on, put your load in, set it to 40 degrees, 1600 spin, 59 minutes, off you go, job done. Easy , everybody happy.

Bought this washing machine when I moved house and it is fantastic. Very large drum and so quiet, the washing is almost dry when finished and I have to do less programms as it holds lots. I love it.

Just recived washing machine and tryed it out. At the moment it’s working great !! Its looks are fab but understand what people say about having to use a torch to see it at work lol. I think it would be better if it had a see through window though. I did have the install and destall to put it in as reading other peoples feedback it may of been the best choice !!! I will update as needed. 👍👍
