When I was younger, I had problems with extremely pain, heavy, and horrible menstrual cycles. The doctor found a hormonal imbalance and put me on meds. I also switched to all organic products (definitely do this as it's a game changer - though it may take a few cycles to notice a difference). I wanted off these meds, though, so I added in shatavari. I have not had any severe issues with my cycles, and even the wild moods are so much better! The only reason I gave 4 vs 5 stars is that I'm wondering if the dosage is accurate on the bottle. I only say this as in my last cycle I noticed an uptick in some symptoms that, with another brand I'd taken, were not like that. I don't know if I need to adjust my dose or if it's this specific brand or something with the formulation where the dosage is perhaps less accurate.Either way, I do still recommend this brand as it helped overall, just not as well as another one I'd taken in the past.

I only take these pills like two weeks, I don't have any rare side effects, and for the benefits, I need to finish the bottle to evaluate them.
