The media could not be loaded. I was torn between 4 and 5 stars and would've gone for 4.5 if I could.I'm thrilled with this rail and love having access to my trousers like this. I was worried about it holding the weight when the rack is full but it's been up for a month now with no issues.The only minor issues I marked it down for are:1. It is really heavy, even before the trousers were hung on it so needs very thorough securing in place.2. The foam can get dented a little and I'm not sure how hard wearing it is or how well it will hold out in the long term.3. The racks are quite close together making it a little awkward to get the trousers on. However this does give more storage so it depends on your priorities.4. The hook on the end has to be hammered on and I thought it would break in the process. It didn't thankfully but it could have clipped in better. It's fine and in place now, just took some real doing.5. As you can see on the video it is a little stiff when you pull it initially and then it glides out. Nothing major at all.So I'm splitting hairs here. All of these things could be improved but in general it's been a great bit of kit. I wish it was a little cheaper though, I think it's worth more like £40 in itself but it was still the best and most affordable option I could find to achieve what I wanted and I am really happy with it now it's done.

The product is not as expected. The rail is not as strong as it looks. The gap between one trouser rod and another is very less so lot of rod unused.

A little early to review it fully, but product seems sturdy in design and has a nice smooth action and soft closure. Was slightly harder to fit than it should have been as there wasn’t a template included but it’s not detrimental to the product itself.
