This puzzle is challenging (so not for a beginner) but its pieces are sturdy, have lots of shape variety and the painting is beautiful. If you enjoy challenging puzzles and love art, then this puzzle is definitely for you!

I’m pretty good at puzzles and usually can finish 1000 piece puzzles within 48 hours. This thing took me over a week! The brightly colored flowers and border were quick to finish but there are so many dark pieces, which make this challenging. Otherwise, the picture quality is great. I would hang it if I had room. I only had a couple instances where the fit of each piece was a bit ambiguous.

My roommate and I did this puzzle and were crushed to end up with one piece missing. The company offers replacement pieces, only asking you to provide a photo of the assembled puzzle with the missing piece showing. So I did that, and viola! In a week or so a single puzzle piece was mailed to me, no questions asked. I was thrilled as this is a truly beautiful puzzle.

This is a very dark colored puzzle, not for a dim light place. You can definitely see best during daylight hours. It was a good, yet challenging puzzle.
