Really nice pencil
I’ve been using the uni Kuru Toga Advance for a while now, and I’m really impressed with how smooth it writes. The lead stays sharp, so my handwriting always looks clean without any scratchy feeling. It’s also surprisingly light, which makes it super comfortable to use even for long writing sessions. The grip feels just right—not too bulky or slippery—and the whole pencil just has a nice, balanced feel in the hand. Definitely one of the best mechanical pencils I’ve used for everyday note-taking and writing.

This is my new favorite mechanical pencil
This is my new favorite mechanical pencil, and I have quite a few. The pencil rotates the graphite so the width of your lines and lettering always remains the same, and after many hours of use it still works great. It's very light weight, sleek modern design, and I actually expected to pay much more for a mechanical pencil like this.

Writes nice!
10/10 quality and features. Although the rotating led sounds somewhat gimmicky, after regular use you will feel like the lead lasts long, writes more consistently for longer periods which is less important for everyday scratch notes, but for a person that takes notes constantly and uses led instead of ink for ease of changing/erasing, the consistent led usage for longevity is nice!

It’s above your normal pencil
Great pencil, I love the engine. I don’t think the sharpness of it is as advertised, but it keeps it pretty sharp. It’s comfortable durable and designed pretty well. It is pretty light overall I think it’s a pretty good pencil

Would Buy Again!
This mechanical pencil has a really smart feature I’ve never seen before — it rotates the lead slightly every time you write, which helps keep the tip consistently sharp. It might sound like a small thing, but it makes a big difference, especially if you’re doing a lot of writing or drawing and want clean, precise lines. What I Liked:- The rotating lead mechanism actually works and keeps the point from wearing down unevenly- Comfortable to hold and write with for long periods- Great for writing, sketching, or detailed work that needs a fine point- Cheap in comparison to other pencils like this In the marketWhat Could Be Better:It would be nice if it came with a few extra leads or a case, but that’s not a big dealUnfortunately, I have no pictures of the pencil, and I can't snap a picture because I lost it at school... Planning on buying it again, though!

These Kuru Toga mechanical pencils are really great. There is always a good tip on the lead, it feels good in my hands and makes drawing clean. I will be getting more of these whenever I need to use pencils. I have purchased another one in a different size and color so it is easy go know what size lead I am reaching for. Love it!

WRITING SOLUTION
This review is after 3 months of using this pencil. I mostly use it for writing, especially taking notes—college-level notes, iykyk. I do have a heavy hand, so this has become one of my favorite pencils thus far.PROs- lead rotates, so you always get a consistent and dark lead.- never have the problem of a slanted lead & then your writing becoming lighter- best for heavy-handed writers, the lead will shrink back in, or I can describe it as you will feel like the lead "springing" back into the actual chamber to protect the lead from breaking; unless you're just experimenting & intentionally break the lead any way you desire- appreciate that this pencil is light weight (IMO)- appreciate that you can retract the lead, & the tip back into the chamber so it will not snag any cloth in your pencil pouch/bag- smudge-proof (even after going through it w/ a highlighter &/or running my finger through what I had just written)- The cap that holds the eraser at the end does not easily come off. You really have to pull the cap to access the eraser and pull the eraser to access the opening for lead insertion.CONs- There is not a lot of grip assistance, for example. Like a rubber holder However, for me, this is a minor issue b/c I have a death grip when writing. This can be a major con for others such as those who- a tiny eraser at the end, but is not a major flaw; I would recommend to get a separate eraser, (Japanese brand never fails & lasts long)
