I’ve been using Derby Extra double edge razor blades in my “old school” safety razor when I came across these cartridge blades. I discovered Cremo razor a few years ago and they have been the best razor I've used, giving me the smoothest shave. The blades last a long time for me, even with a thick, course facial hair. I love the feature where the top can flip back and allow for getting into tighter spaces. This makes it so much easier to shave under the nose without having those few pesky hairs right below the nostrils evade the blade.
