Quit working
Just a little over two years and it quit working.

Completely failed within 4 months. Cheap, poor design, possibly unsafe.
We purchased the 6KW version in December, 2017. It has completely failed. I'm an electrical engineer and from what I can tell the DC power supply has failed. The buttons were cheap and would have failed in a year or two had the power supply not beat them.I have contacted the distributor to ask for a full refund. I will update this review if they come through--but it sounds like they aren't going to make good on this.Do not purchase these heaters. There is BS going on about how they are branded, there is an equivalent model called esauna. I will beat them at their own game by periodically reviewing all heaters that come on amazon that are a rebranded version of this unit. I will be contacting amazon about this too.

Completely failed after one use. Aleko will not do good, the lady just hung up on me on the phone. Spend over 500 in electrician. Total waste of money. Save your money and buy something better.

Stay Away
This heater came with my sauna. Quit working after 6 weeks. Aleko won't stand behind the unit
