My mom gave me one of these from her box for my knee pain and I broke my ankles running to buy more.I ran varsity cross country in high school and did MMA for years which tore my knees apart. These things Save my knees! They work as soon as you put them on and work for about 4 hours. They give a heat level that gives relief without over burning, but still and undertone of cooling, and there isn’t an over powering odor. They stay on through house work or a work shift so you get bang for your buck because they keep working for a few more hours After you peel off the sticker, and they’re durable.They are incredibly sticky and can be a little ouchie to peel off so watch out. But it’s a tiny price to pay for the relief of pain these things give!!!I will be a life long buyer.

My physician recommended to try these for back pain to help take the edge off until surgery could get scheduled….I love them, my Mom tried and doesn’t like the smell but Camphor smells good to me & they help better than lidocaine patches!

I purchased this item in October of 2024. It arrived quickly. I got to work on using these patches immediately.It is easy to apply. The instructions are written in the package.The menthol scent is pleasant.I found that the patches will not adhere correctly if the knee is not cleaned first. So, take the time to clean the area before using. The nice thing is it's easy to remove. Not too much pulling of the skin.It provides relief for a good minute. I use it as soon as I need immediate relief, which is every day.I do not leave it on for more than 4 hours though. As soon as I feel relief and relaxed, I take it off.These are one of those items that became my go to necessities that I have in my purse. In those moments of need, I pack it along with my disinfectant wipes. This past holiday shopping marathon and long lines, it came in handy and was a real life saver.

The patch works amazingly. When I’m wearing it, I walked a mile without any pain. The problem is, it irritates my skin! I broke out in a rash. It’s sad because it does work on pain!!

Allows me to walk pain free!!!I’ve had bone on bone pain for ten years. Stopped me from walking. Tried everything. These patches allow me to walk aggressively without pain. Lifesavers!

Amazon, do not suggest that I can’t post this review. I have a right to freedom of speech:This product is not flexible-lifts and doesn’t stick when I move and didn’t last 8 hours. I used gauze wrapping to try to secure it in place. Gives off a cooling sensation but doesn’t help the pain.

These work very very well getting me through the night without the knee pain waking me up all night long. I don't care for the smell however of them but I'll sacrifice it for the wonderful relief. These are a tremendous value for 36 of them. ! Compared to the other ones which are great but very costly and not getting half of the amount here.
