No, it is not de-clicked. Just got mine today, it's very nice! Solid build.

Q: What’s the difference between the nik(g)-e and nik-e?

The g gives you the ability to control the aperture of Nikon G lenses. The D lenses and prior have an aperture ring you can adjust if needed, but the G is all internal.

Q: how i can modify my apperture ?

If you mean changing the aperture, you must have a lens with an aperture ring. There is no provision for electrical contacts with this adapter.
