DID MY HOMEWORK After suffering from an extended period of nerve/muscle pain radiating from the neck to the fingertips and undergoing chiropractic and physical therapy intervention, I finally decided to take matters into my own (aching) hand and do some research. This REALLY works. I was told about Life Flo by a friend of my daughter's. My thighs would burn every time I walked due to a condition I had. With only 1 application of Life Flo lotion, the pain never happened!!

Got this (unscented version) for restless legs during pregnancy. It definitely helps and has a very mild pleasant feeling on the skin, but doesn’t solve restless legs completely. Also helps some with achey hips. The lotion is on the thicker side and it’s hard to fully rub it in (it stays white and you can still see all the directions you’ve rubbed it on your skin). I don’t mind that personally, I’m not trying to win a beauty pageant just get more than 3 hours of sleep. I find it particularly helpful to cover my feet in it then put on socks. Anyway, I recommend it but it’s definitely not a complete solution to restless legs.

I really enjoy using this lotion. I was taking a magnesium supplement but wanting to get away from ingesting so many vitamins, especially since I’m always concerned with where vitamins and their fillers are sourced and manufactured. So many of the raw ingredients come from China, which is a concern with lack of regulation within China.This worked so well, better than the supplements! Great ingredients, fragrance free, no seed oils or common nut oil like almond oil. I rub it on my legs and abdomen every night and every morning I’m nice and regular lol. Highly recommend this quality product with high quality ingredients.

Had some amazing pain relief in knees and ... so hopeful... using just the slightest amount... half pea sized gives me nausea over all malaise ... have a cousin that swears by it so guess it is just not for me...so sad tried it twice with a week in-between with same

This is a really thick cream, and it seems to have a good amount of magnesium in it. My eye was twitching and I put a little bit on my eyelid where the twitch was (careful not to get any in my eye). The twitching stopped in minutes. When I use it generously on my legs and arms I sleep like a log. That is a big deal to me. I will be buying this again. It does take an effort to rub it in. It's completely unscented. Good stuff!

My mother loved this gift! The lotion is on the thicker side so she thankfully doesn’t need to use a lot for each use and can get the most out of the product possible! She said it doesn’t smell and it helps her pain and soreness.
