Sorry I do not know the answer to that question. It certainly if free of a lot I cannot consume and is 3 rd party verified as gluten dairy and soy free. Care has been taken to provide a quality product. The person who most likely could answer is Richard from goodbyeleakygut.com who I learned about this product from. He is a hoot and if you want he sends a lot of very good digestion information and some recipes.
