These have become a nightly ritual in my house. I’ve always had trouble sleeping but these are amazing. Taste great… almost to good bc I could eat them like candy. They usually take about 20 minutes to kick in and I get the most restful night with no groggy feeling the next day! Great value for your money! I can’t say how many times I e ordered these. Doesn’t have that NyQuil taste. Tastes good, I take about an hour before bed. I sleep very well, a little heavy, and the quality is in the consistency.Tremendous value if you’re a light sleeper.

These do not work as well as the liquid. They are cheaper per dose, so you get what you pay for. They are very soft to chew and taste great though!

I have been using these for a few months after having previously using melatonin. After a while, that quit working for me.So far it has helped me fall asleep and for the most part staying asleep for several hours. Wish I could say it provides 8 hours of sleep but I’m not expecting miracles - 4-6 hrs a night is normal for me, so I’m glad to be able to get much needed sleep.

Ordered on Monday evening, arrived on Wednesday morning. The seller actually sent me 2 bottles because the tablet Count was 42, not 60 as stated. So he graciously sent me 84 tablets in 2 containers instead. All the Vicks ZZZs products are good quality. My favorite are the ones with Ashwaranga as they really help you to relax before sleep. But these are pretty good too.

It does make a difference for sleep and sleep quality, will buy again.

I took the recommended dose and each morning I woke up with a migraine. I tried to reach out to Amazon but I couldn’t take it back or get a refund for this purchase. I will never buy this again for myself
