I found a recipe for chicken wings that I wanted to try and it called for using a roasting rack. I chose these because they are stainless steel and based on other reviews. The racks are very sturdy and cleaned easily. I used them for the chicken wings and then for broiling steaks. I just served the food and put the racks in hot soapy water in the sink to soak while we ate and when I washed them it took just a little bit of effort with a brush to get in between the squares to make sure they were clean. Great product, great price, and they come with a lifetime guarantee from the manufacturer but I don't think I'll need it! Very happy with my purchase!

We purchased this set of racks to use in our baking sheets when baking chicken, bacon and other foods that we want to elevate off the sheet for even cooking without soaking in the grease or drippings. They work great for this purpose. They are sturdy and fit perfectly inside of our baking sheets. They are relatively easy to clean with a kitchen brush after a brief soak. We never put any of our bakeware or cookware in the dishwasher, so I cannot comment on cleaning them that way. Overall, it's a good purchase and is meeting our needs well.
