Brand new in the package as described by the seller. It works perfectly and charges the batteries quickly. Good quality for the price I paid.

Perfect charger for larger Lithium rechargeables like my flashlight’s type 18650. It shows your charging progress, which is good, as you know how the charge is going. Note that this takes a 2A brick. Have come to trust the EBL battery brand for reliability and performance.

This charger has lasted a long time and does the job!

I was trying to charge one 10440 battery and it wasn't working. I put it in the other slot and that one wasn't working either. As I was taking the battery out the lights came on. It looks like you have to have the battery partially out for it to work correctly. See photo. Other than having the battery partially out for it to work, it works very well. Note: this is for the 10440 battery, others might work normally.

A charger for rechargeable batteries that, certainly, saves lots of money in not having to keep buying regular batteries. Saves landfills from being contaminated with regular batteries. I have been using them for years and most recharge multiple times so saves money too.
