The measured length of mine, LOA, is ~5.410", or 137.41mm. The foot portion that mounts to your tripod measures about 4.31", or 109.47mm in length

Q: Would the ap-620 fit the sel100400gm? i find the ap-610 too small and too close to the lens for my liking.

No, the AP-620 will not mount to the Sony G Master 100-400mm Super-Telephoto Zoom Lens (SEL100400GM). The mounting geometry is different between the AP-610 and AP-620.

Q: Assuming it should work on the 70-200 f2.8?

The only replacement foot we make for any 70-200 f/2.8 is our AP-611 for the Sony 70-200 F2.8 GM OSS FE.
