Q: When i apply it and then try to put moisturizer or foundation it starts flaking. How to use this product

I have very dry sensitive skin, so I add aloe vera gel to the HA serum or you can also just apply it after HA serum alone. Aloe is hydrating, soothing and ultra moisturizing. Try that and I hope it helps with the dryness.

This product is currently being manufactured in Idaho.

Q: What plant is it derived from?

Some hyaluronic acid powder is derived from fermentation of corns. As a vegan, I use Microingredients brand found here on Amazon.

Q: What preservative can I use with this?

Glycerin is NOT a preservative. Do your research before making any homemade skincare product. You’re going to have to use a water soluble preservative unless you refrigerate your serum. Geogard ect and 221 are both water soluble and eco cert
