Have used this product twice so far to heat up some coconut charcoal, and it has worked amazingly. It took about 5 minutes to fully heat the coal on both sides however the cold remained scorching hot for a good 2 hours straight. I would highly recommend this product for anyone that wants to burn long-lasting charcoal for shisha or bakhoor. I used to use my stove to heat up coal but I realised by using this how much more efficient it is, how much hotter it is and how the coal last so much longer.

Stopped working after nearly a month. It started to trip my electricity so couldn't even turn on. Not good considering going for a more branded product.

I bought this for my shisha as it got really annoying having to use the stove and move between where the shisha was and the kitchen. It works perfectly and as i had imagined. It’s also very quick, it takes just as long to heat my coals on the stove as it does on this if not quicker.

Ive only used it one day so far and heated up coal 5/6 times but I have to say this is a very good burner plus the extra plate on top makes it easier and cleaner to burn coal. The coal all burn evenly, i burn 8 coals at a time and work perfectly
