How is the microphone quality? Has anyone used these on zoom?

They work really good for me. The previous comment said they don't fit well, and they didn't for me either at first, but then I changed the tip that goes in my ear with the extra sizes they sent, and read the instructions were they explain you are supposed to twist them once in to 'seat' them and that worked great and makes them low profile. Sound and mike quality have both been really excellent for me personally.

how long is it charging time?

Well, I didn’t charge for almost 48hrs and used it more than 7-8hrs on an average day. So I believe it has a good power backup.
