I bought these as have been having trouble with constipation since starting on GLP1 medication. I have tried everything. Prunes, well known branded laxatives (but tried not to take more than once a week as don’t find them pleasant), increased fruit and vegetables intake, and had recently been taking psyllium husk capsules which worked but took about three days to do so. When I heard about fibre gummies I thought I would try them to see if they helped and selected these ones based on cost, reviews and that they were vegan but did not expect anything great. I was very pleasantly surprised. They are easy to chew not at all like wine gums and have a pleasant taste. Worked for me by the next day and so would highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. These gummies are effective and feel like a solid way to support my energy levels without having to rely on fish oil. I like that the ingredients are clean, plant-based and kinder to the environment, which matters to me. They’re good for my skin and easy to take, though the flavour can get a bit too sweet if you have more than the two you're suppose to have. Overall it’s a reliable supplement that fits well with my lifestyle. Plus they're pleasantly chewy!

I like them for now, will try this format for a month or two and see how I get on, for some reason I struggle to stay consistent with the powder. If your taking 3 per day for 3g of creatine then I'd say they are fine. Bu if you need more than 3g per day it's probably not the most cost effective methods the pack only has 90 gummies.

These definitely have creatine in them which is why I’m giving them 3 stars. Unfortunately I know that because they just melt into bitter creatine powder in your mouth - so gross. Really wanted to like them but I can’t even force myself to eat them.
