Cable is great. I wish I would've seen a return policy, though. I just assumed I could return it since I ordered it via Prime. It's my own fault, but the cord is too short, so I'm stuck with it! Cord itself works great though.

I've made cables my whole professional career. Anything from Mil-Spec, Injection Molded, to Hermetically Sealed Cables.This is a truly Solid cable for the price and works well. I bought it so that my son could connect his Nvidia Shield K1 Tablet to his TV in his room. Auto detection of the device and cable worked flawlessly. Streams videos and gameplay through it is fast and smooth. I purchased this about 6 months ago and sees daily use and is still holding strong. The cable itself is made of a lower shore A durometer (55-60 [...]) rubber which makes it very flexible. However, this does not mean cheap. My son is 9 so his idea of removing a cable from anything is yanking on the cord. The cord grip connector ends are stout yet soft to the touch and very durable ( Shore A durometer 70-75). I would buy this cable again and would recommend to anyone. Kid tested father approved!

Prior to making this purchase I was using an adapter to convert my cable connection from a standard HDMI connection (monitor) down to a mini which my Nvidia 460GTX GPU required. This cable met that requirement as well as providing superb video to my HD monitor in 1080p as well as digital audio.Although I can qualify the video performance as being top notch I cannot do so for the audio. I only tested the cable to insure it provided an Audio signal to my monitor, but the sound quality provided by my monitor's speakers would make any cable look bad lol, so I use stand alone multimedia speakers to normally handle that task.Although I would want a heavier gauge wire if using in my HTS, this cable meets my needs and expectations for my desktop computer which I use for both casual computing and gaming. I wouldn't hesitate to make the same purchase again or to recommend to others. A good quality cable and at the right price.

I attached the BlueRigger Mini HDMI to the Canon 90D HDMI port. Then attached the other end of the HDMI cable to the Elgato CamLink 4k and plugged that into the back of my iMAC. Had to go to the Canon 90D settings in the menu (red tabs) and change the HDMI info display to "Clean/HD output." Went to Zoom and changed the video tab to CamLink and audio to CamLink as well, and VOILA....beautiful video with my Canon 2.8 16-35mm lens.Just for fun, I wanted to see if I could record video into my Canon 90D as a "backup." That didn't work. No biggie. I have a recording through Zoom.For a few extra bucks, I got the 10 feet BlueRigger cable, just in case I want to put my camera on a tripod and shoot from a little further away. Options baby!!!! How does the saying go: "It's better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it."
