Great product
I’m on my fourth pump stick, not because it is defective but because I have worn them out. I use mine at least 10 to 12 times daily. I could not do my job efficiently with out the Reed pump stick. I recommend it to anyone.

Garbage
Just used this for the first time today. Absolutely garbage , won't suck water up. Falls right back down. Wasted time and money.

Used once - no more than a minute - dead
I've tried to find trouble shooting info on this stick and can't. I've been blaming its lack of starting on the batteries but I have two and both are charged. I used this stick ONCE on a water job for less than a minutes. Haven't been able to use it since. For $229 I am really disappointed. Reed shows a motor replacement video - but I can't believe it's meant to change out every time it gets used.... confused.
