Great product. Pathetic warranty claim procesing.
Good product.....one of the WORST customer care service I have ever seen. I bought this product about an year back. About a month back (or more), one of the ear pieces stopped working. Contacted their customer care. The customer care asked me to record some videos as per their process. Did that and got a commuication on 24 may stating theyare PROCESSING MY CLAIM. Since then, NOTHING. Every time I write to them I get a standard response - "We apologies. We have escalated....we are out of inventory"But guess what, I can literally buy the same product on AMAZON today.So.....if you like dealing with such problems, I would say GO FOR IT.The product is really good though.

Not working at alll
The quality is worst , the left side earbud not working under 15 days of purchase , if there was a system to give no star rating I would I have been given that , and the material from theWhich it hangs on our ear is not also very good , it hurts my ear and it heats very fast , the overall review is not to buy this product , beware , save your money , buy anyother brand .

Fit is painful on ears; audio quality on calls is not great.

Built in Charging interface is quiet difficult to manage with. Status lights are confusing and often put users into utter uncertainty. And the item is not returnable. They say it is replaceable only. Who wants a replacement of the same useless crap ?

Don't buy
In the autumn of 2023, I procured a pair of JLab sports earphones. Initially, I found their range satisfactory, and the overall quality commendable. However, an unforeseen issue arose: my left earphone refused to synchronize with its counterpart on the right. Despite my diligent attempts to reset the device, my efforts proved futile. Regrettably, there is no service or exchange support available for JLab products in India, despite their advertised two-year warranty. Consequently, I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution and consider alternatives to JLab."

Bad design, causes pain in ears
The design and material of earbuds is uncomfortable for ears and creates headache after listening for music for 10 minutes or less, do not recommend this product
